My car broke it's auxiliary belt on Saturday morning and I tried taking it to Ludlam Autos over the road but they were closed so I took it here.
They told me it would be done Monday morning, I tried ringing but no one answered so I went down in the afternoon. The guy in charge walls away when your half way through a conversation and it took me half an hour and three attempts to find out it was a bigger job than they thought so told me to ring Tuesday morning.
I phoned on Tuesday morning but again no answer. I phoned again after lunch and guy through. The owner told me the bumper just needed to go back on and it would be done in half an hour. I went down half an hour later to find the bumper on the floor, no one working on it and no boss.
I waited for over two hours for the bumper to go on. He gave me £7 of my bill for my inconvenience!
On the way home I heard I ticking noise from the engine. When I got home, I pulled the bonnet pull to see what they'd done to find out they hadn't reconnected it!
Avoid at all costs; go to Ludlam over the road!
